Can Sunriver support 400 more Condos?

We are posting this question just to get feedback from the Sunriver Community. Can Sunriver support 400 more Condos, both real estate wise and vacation rental wise?

The grand purpose of this blog is to provide parties interested (or invested) in Sunriver to gain information about the happenings in Sunriver. The information provided will be of all sorts ranging from information that can be found on the Sunriver Chamber website or the Sunriver Scene to rumors that maybe floating around the community. We know what you are thinking, rumors is that going to mean gossip. Well to a degree, but we, the bloggers, of this site are very invested into Sunriver as well. And we feel that many things that may affect Sunriver in either a good or a bad way start as rumors. Since Sunriver is such a part of our group we don't think that good things should go unnoticed or bad things should reach a point where we as a community cannot do anything about them.

Now you may be saying to yourself, hey this sounds kind of like a political agenda blog. Our answer is of course. By reading this blog with regularity we hope not to cloud your vision, but to get you to become more involved with Sunriver.

Sunriver Village Update May 8

As we recently heard the next Sunriver Chamber Community Forum will host an update on the Sunriver Village redevelopment on May 8th. The meeting will be at 9:00 a.m, in the Abbott Rooms at the Sunriver Lodge.
We will be very interested to hear what the Silverstar Destinations group will have to say. There are many rumors floating around and it will be good to try to get them cleared up. The reason we say try is that the Silverstar Destinations group is very good at side stepping questions and creating more questions than answers.
We will be giving you a prompt update on what Silverstar Destinations has to say as soon as the meeting is over.
